Prior to founding TradesFormation in 2015, Adrian owned and ran the successful plumbing business Plumber To The Rescue, where he serviced Sydney and its surrounds with a team of experienced maintenance plumbers. Aside from holding an Advanced Certificate in Plumbing, Adrian is also a certified De Martini Method Trainer, NLP practitioner, 1 Page Marketing Plan coach, and a Diploma in Negotiation from the University of Sydney.
James Georgievski - Operations Manager | Business Growth Coach
James is TradesFormation's Operations Manager and Business Growth Coach, where he oversees the company’s activities, systems, and processes, as well as conducts business coaching sessions. Prior to joining TradesFormation in August 2021, James was a Digital Marketing Project Leader & Operations Team Leader, where he headed digital marketing initiatives, overseeing project execution, performance analysis, and campaign optimisation while also managing the operations team and ensuring seamless workflow, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. He holds a Bachelor of Medical Biotechnology and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from the University of Technology, Sydney’s School of Science and School of Business. Additionally, James is also Google Digital Marketing certified, SEMrush SEO certified, and HubSpot Email Marketing certified.

Monica is TradesFormation's Chief Financial Officer and Financial Business Coach, where she oversees the company’s finances and accounting processes. Prior to joining TradesFormation in March 2023, Monica was a business analyst and project manager, where she performed financial analysis, provided sales estimates, and ensured smooth operations. She holds a Bachelor of Biosensor Biotechnology and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney’s School of Science and School of Business, and is Xero certified.
Gellie Pilapil - Head of Customer Support | Job Management System Specialist
Gellie is TradesFormation’s Head of Customer Support and Job Management Specialist, where she oversees the consistency of the company’s service delivery and support standards, as well as the implementation and customisation of tradie job management systems. Before joining TradesFormation in March 2021, Gellie was a Customer and Technical Support Team Leader, where she headed the customer satisfaction department, consistently striving for positive resolutions. She holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Manila and is a certified Service M8 partner.
